SKFECT strongly believes that women should have equal socio-economic, cultural and political opportunities as men. With this ideology in mind, a successful attempt was made to achieve a 50:50 ratio for both genders at all our formal schools.
The training camp for women in Bhubaneswar under Khurda District was helped during the year under report. The process of formation of SHG and its management etc. were explained the rural women to implement the programme successfully. Towards self employment purposes, the management and operation of SHG is quite helpful.
